Charlie and Jim got new jackets for bike riding in coooooold temperatures.
Both are size medium (men's; need you ask?).
Charlie's is a bit big on him, but something tells me he will grow into it.

Warm down to the upper 30s Fahrenheit, and I think I could spot them all the way down the street.
